Panel: Creativity in a Hybrid World
How will creative activities be organized and pursued in our near future? While we think of collective creative activities as requiring the highest level of interaction among people, many organizations have in the last few months succeeded in creating through hybrid interactions. And some have been doing it even better than before. It is not just a matter of breaking the limits of space, connecting with talent wherever it is. Hybridity also breaks the limits of time, unleashing unexplored combinations of past, present, and futures. What are the challenges and the opportunities of creating and innovating when people are not in the same space and time?
